I was the kitchen team leader and I had to constantly run it, either on my own or with just one other person, during rush hour times especially. I trained many new staff and was also a key holder for the company as I done many opening shifts. I have worked on Eid, bank holidays, Christmas and many other important days so I am used to working at a fast pace whilst completing my tasks within a set deadline to the best standard possible.
