CurrentSummary-----------• Provide business strategy and direction across multiple fronts of business (Sales, Marketing, strategic alliances) along with defining short term and long term goals. • Executing go to market with Sales teams Large Enterprises and ISV’s and enable high conversion for cloud adoption on Private, Hybrid or public cloud and associated Managed Services, Security Services and Automation.• Management of strategic partnerships to maximize market and revenue growth • Ability to engage at the CXO level and close large deals with consultative sales approach.• Develop market segment specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.• Work with partner / alliance sales, pre-sales ,product and alliances teams to to develop new opportunities and drive them with both Sell through and Sell with Approach • Value based selling for cloud to align to customers Modernization, Digital transformation, agile model and automation needs mapped to application and IT Infrastructure landscape. • Building team and skill sets along with creating right working synergy with other field teams in a matrix structure.• Working closely with the marketing team to build thought leadership strategy for the focused accounts.• Enhance brand recall and value proposition by speaking in industry forums, round tables and custom workshops.
