- Setting up production lines for three main products, soft and hard ice cream, Jello and Krembo. - Developed and maintain the relationship with machines suppliers in Italy and China ( Technofreez, SnowBall machinary and Matrix). - Assess and strategize risk management for legacy manufacturing operations. - Budget optimization and cut the cost of repairing machine maintenance. - Implement competitive analysis strategies to position the manufacturing facility against ice cream factories in occupied Palestine. - Adapt safety protocols for workers, machinery, and electrical infrastructure within the manufacturing facility. - Introduce a water desalination plant to ensure high-quality water for operations and recipe formulations.

-Provide training to staff on sterilization procedures at every stage of the production process. - Implement HACCP standards for manufacture halls lighting and machinery materials to uphold food product quality and safety. - Develop and enforce hygiene regulations for workers, machinery, and facilities. - Supervise skilled technicians and workers responsible for internal maintenance of manufacturing machinery. - Organize machine locations to optimize efficiency. - Apply 6 sigma system to reduce the waste. - Replace iron materials utilized in the machines with stainless steel to prevent rusting.
