• Review contractor’s Material submittals, shop drawings, Coordination and Builder’s work drawings as per specification and design details.• Reviews method of statements to comment as per the design intent and project requirements.• Check Material submittals & Shop drawings log as per baseline programmed.• Check the delivered material as per approved Material submittal and its compliance comments.• Check the site installation work, and assign the work to site engineers as per programmed• Material order and fallow-up with the procurement department.• Provide technical & practical solution to the site engineers, in the field of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting works.• Lead the project & supervise the contractors work as per drawings, specification and local authorities.• Direct monitor all personnel activities within engineering area including staff assignments and performance. • Tracking of progress with the project planner schedule.

• Review the contract documents-Scope of works, specification and Design Drawings.• Check the technical submittal and its compliance statement as per project specification for consultant approval.• Duct layout & Sizing of Air conditioning system, Ventilation system, Extract system, Pressurisation system. • Selection of Fans based on external static pressure calculation.• Selection of Air Terminals-Grills, Diffusers, Louvers, and Controls- VCDs, VAVs, CAVs, FDs, &MSFDs.• Chilled water layout and pipe sizing for HVAC System.• Selection of chilled water pumps by pressure drop calculation and Controls- G.V., B.V., DRV, NRV, Strainer, Dosing pot, Pressurisation unit, Air Vents.• Drainage Pipe size and layout of Horizontal pipes and Vertical Stacks as per Municipality Standards.• Calculate the invert levels of Under Ground and Overhead Drainage pipes, Manhole Schedules, Grease interceptor & Sump pit calculation.• Estimation of potable water and Firefighting reserve water system as per Authority requirement.• Capacity of under water tank and Overhead tank.• Water pipe sizing and its layout of hot and cold-Water system with its accessories and controls like water hammer arrestor, Prv, Gv, water heaters, water meters as per DEWA standards.• Selection of Booster &Transfer Pumps sets.• Raising RFI’s to discuss with consultant.• Responsible and review Fire Fighting designs, pipe sizing, sprinklers distribution, fire suppression system and gas detection system, etc.• Attending Progress and Technical Meetings with Main Contractor and Consultant /Client.• Guiding AutoCAD draughts men to prepare HVAC, Drainage, Water Service, and Fire Fighting shop drawings, Builders work drawings, Coordination drawings as per log schedule.• Coordinate Electrical Engineer/Draughts men to prepare of Power, Lighting, Low current Shop drawings.
