• Handle all Engineering, Construction, Servicing and Quality issues at site under the Instrumentation discipline.• Main responsibilities include the inspection of the Marine Wranglers. AOI ( Acadiana Oilfield Instruments) , AOT( Access Oil Tools ) and control equipment apparatus and maintain coordinated activities in trouble shooting ,calibration and servicing of Forum Energy Technologies.•The calibration and maintenance of test equipment ensuring all test equipment is in satisfactory working order at all times.•Undertaking manufacturer training courses as and when required.• Installation of Power and Instrument Transformers, Distribution panel, Lighting system, Welding and Receptacle outlets.• Arrange for work permit for works/inspections to be carried out in areas that are live or under commissioning.• Prepare materials, equipment and other necessities required for the implementation of projects in accordance with plans and specifications as called for by the project.• Responsible for carrying out Inspection of the material received in the Warehouse and to ensure that the material confirms to the project specification.

• Complete Electrical installation, engineering and PLC application software development, and commissioning of customer support.• Field engineering, assisting in modification of system design (internal panel modification, addition of modules in panel) as per client requirements etc.• Discuss with customer during implementation and design of the new complex services, understanding complicated problems resulted in successful issue resolution.• Helping and consulting with other team members in resolving unusual and complicated problems related to the new development, production support and testing.• Designing of Electrical layouts as per standards (Medium voltage and low current system).• Selection of Cable Size, Circuit Breaker Rating, Transformer Rating as per electrical load.• Preparation of Layouts, specification for Electrical equips as Fuses, Circuit Breakers, Cable sizing, distribution boards, etc• Inspecting the site work as per the approved drawings.

• Coordinating with the Operations and Safety department to solve the problems during Loop checking.• Arrange for work permit for works/inspections to be carried out in areas that are live or under commissioning• Responsible for the inspection of installation & maintenance of Instruments: Transmitters (PIT,DPT,FIT,LIT), Switches (PSHL,TSHL,LSHL), Controllers (PIC, TIC, LIC), Junction Boxes, Impulse Tubing.• Actively involved in Loop Checking.• Troubleshooting of Shutdown Panel (Suleiman Petrotech)• Carry out calibration of field instruments & Control Valves • Inspection Review report (IRR).• Inspection the process tubing and check that the tubing is done as per the hook up diagram • Carryout the surveillance inspections of wiring termination and checking that all the tags are as per the termination schedule.• Confirming that the Calibration of the instruments match with the specifications in the Instrument Data Sheet
