System Administrator is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks. will work to ensure the proper functioning of all IT equipment and maintain the IT environment. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Study and negotiate quotations from suppliers. Responsible for stock, inventory and warehouse Management. Responsible for managing hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.  Oversee purchasing function to ensure efficient levels of stock being maintained, no over stocking and no stock shortages. Check merchandise deliveries for accuracy, accurately track and document stock inventory. Perform periodic stock takes and audits on all bases. Comply with designated inventory levels and prevent run outs. Interpreting and analyzing sales reports Monitoring stock levels and preparing purchase forecasts Provide analysis and measurement tools to provide insights and assist management on decisions. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues. Manage active directory, domain controller, exchange server, Isa server and all other elements of IT environment. Create and manage accounts and passwords. Assist staff in understanding and using technology. Navision system administrator, follow up with developers. Coordinate with brand managers about everything related to purchases, shipments, transfers, and stock levels.

• Follow up on the daily operations of all stores and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all stores• Follow up the reparation and maintenance for all stores• Coordinate with the HR to update the rules, procedures and policies for employees to follow• Improve the performance in the stores in terms of personnel and organization• Coordinate with the architectural department regarding the validation of proposals provided by the suppliers and meeting deadlines• Organize the warehouse to meet with the necessity of the business

• Interview and recruit qualified sales people and store managers as per requirements.• Choose and decide on brands’ items and related quantities.• Monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the products.• Advises on everything related to visual merchandising, posters, adds.• Attend products and new stores launches.• Define forecasted sales for the season.• Conduct sites visits to ensure the company’s standards are being followed and maintained for stores and staff members.• Decide on trainings to be given to staff and ensure the proper delivery.• Manage stock allocations in Stores and place orders, manage transfers and return defective items to Stock Manager.• Build the commercial calendar with regards Sales, Holidays and other details and ensure it is being properly implemented and maintained.• Decide on uniforms and names tags.• Control the transfers from/to stores.• Manage and maintain good relation with suppliers.• Travel occasionally to conventions meetings or to follow up on orders with suppliers.• Evaluate and promote qualified staff members.• Coordinate with the Commercial Director on choosing the items and deciding on quantities, deciding on Sales and Discounts.
