• Responsible for indicating the overall performance of the Sales, Marketing & Communication between Departments.• Helping the CEO to set company vision, mission and core values depends on Board strategy. • Determine annual unit & gross – profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.• Collaborate with senior & middle management levels to set revenue goals & company strategy as well as implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.• Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects.• Budgeting, forecasting and the ability to re-adjust spending /costing according to market changes.• Contribute to team effort in achieving the organizations targets and generating profit.• Collaborate with other job functions and departments inside the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.• Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training employees. As well as counseling, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising teams’ job results.• Develop methods, controlling systems and SOP’s that support the overall organization’s strategy & goals.• Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.• Analyzing data, building reports & providing strategic recommendations based on data & market trends.• Responsible for the external communication with business partners.

-Responsible for the Sales Operation Department Strategy From the Fourmalation to the implementation and Evaluation for all the Operation Functions in the Company. -Set the pricing strategy according to the market research and feasibility study in cooperation with the CCO, CFO and the CEO.-Manage the Company inventory, CRM and sales process. - Manage all the company operation strategy and supervise on it's implementation ( Inverntory , CRM and Sales Proces )-Restruc and set company policies and procedures with Responsible Manager and responsible departments.-Ensuring from applying procedures and policies on all departments. -Monitor, collect, analyze, prepare, and report the weekly or monthly tasks and activities for all departments to the Responsible Manager.-Handle Contracts Department, before and After Sales Process.

-Responsibile for the communication and negotiation with our business partners to check the current and expected oppourtunites for our business growth.
