• Responsible for successful migration of Digital Video Broadcast - Traffic Management process with business travel to London to migrate the policies on data delivery via Terrestrial and Satellite broadcast feed to Bangalore. • Expert in traffic managing of IDN data globally. Monitor, create and make recommendation for modelling for TR Infrastructure to cope up with extra increase in message rates per second. Ensured effective Capacity Management.• Have good data analysis skills. Took the DVB process to greater heights by taking up additional TMS policies and delivered them with quality. Started with 4 policies and gradually made it to around 30 over period of 4 years and gained stakeholders confidence, respect and recognition. Also, part of MDI team which have migrated 200 feeds to TDN from IDN. • Maintain content on a series of global TMS policies and PE Filter files to facilitate IDN ex-Reuters and TDN ex-Thomson (MDI project) feed to clients globally based on Strategic Policy defined by business. • Enhanced Customer Satisfaction and retention. • Actively monitor real time feed of class A and B Exchanges Tickers via Data Monitor tool and notify Real Time and relevant data teams if any impact is seen. • Action and escalate, when & where applicable to avoid further feed issue resulting in client impact and look for resolution by regular follow ups.• Cover Reporting Unit checks for Europe and Emerging Markets in TR product -3000 Xtra and PPPro. Investigate and notify Exchanges if there was feed issue at their end and raise Service Alerts. (Within 3 minutes for Class A Exchanges) • Create SLA reports based on outages monthly for class A Exchanges like LSE, LME, MSCI, and FTSE. Emphasise issues at ex-Reuters end or at Stock Exchange end accurately as the report was meant for Clients, key internal stakeholders and TR management. The report contained brief outage details, root cause and corrective action taken for a particular Exchange.

• Responsible for processing Title Insurance Claims data related to Real Estate Industry.• Verifying keyed data and creating Reports to compare with online US Database.• The Reports were sent through email on a daily basis and outbound calls were made to external U.S. Clients for services provided to analyze the clients’ requirements.• Processed primarily New Jersey Court Judgments.
