In BSRM my Key Responsibilities are:• Develop & implement a safety culture all over the BSRM Mirsharai as per OSHA & ISO standard in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law.• Conduct periodic Internal Audit for ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 in all the plants at BSRM Mirsharai.• Working on the project, “Implementation of ISO 45001:2018”, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management system for the entire BSRM Mirsharai (3 Plants).• Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) of Steel Melting and Wires procedure.• Implementing Fire Safety Plan for Steels (Melting 2) and Wires.• Support the development of safety policies and programs. Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.• Initiate, organize and conduct Safety Trainings for employees. Developing facility safety orientation slide for visitors, Induction Training for new joiners & contractors.• Conduct monthly HSE audit, Fire Mock drill, Emergency Evacuation Mock Drill, identify hazards/risk, suggest control measures, prepare report & share the findings with site leadership team.• Follow up & coordinate with the unit for closing out the action items from monthly HSE audit.• Monitoring activities of project works, Maintain PTW, Provide training to site management team on safe work practices.• Facilitate quarterly safety meeting with plant leadership team and discuss on recent incidents, Root cause analysis, Action item status of previous months audits, next audit schedule etc.• Prepare & Circulate monthly incident/accident report to Group HSE.• Investigate all work-related accidents, illness & prepare reports.• Design posters & signage as per OSHA / NFPA standard to create awareness on workplace hazard.• Designed and developed Safety Circle system to improve the safety culture and maintain healthy practices to Achieve “Zero Accident policy” of BSRM.

Develop 3-line diagrams, wiring and connections diagrams controlling schematics, lighting, grounding and raceway layouts.Analysis of electrical loads and equipment selection for a particular project. Mainly focuses on load calculation for a project, wiring and cable management , power system design and placement.

Design , implementation and maintaining PLC & Control Desk, VFD & Soft-starter, MCC & PCC, Switch gear and LT PFI Panel . Testing and Calibration of Switch gear products, repairing of VFD and LV &MV Switch gearProject Management
