Mohammed began his career with SHAFA in 2014 as a Project Officer and Project Manager. Today he is involved in all aspects of the company from construction projects management, budgeting, standards, procedures and investments.Mohammed has played a key role in the companies transformation over recent years in the construction sector by having the company take on and deliver specialized design and build marine projects. He has additionally formed SHAFA HOLDING Ltd and its successful agricultural ventures namely Shafa Agro Ltd in Tanzania under the directives of the Founder and Chairman of Shafa in 2021. Today it is the most advanced and the largest commercial dairy farm in Tanzania with its own manufacturing & processing of feed and dairy products.Mohammed has implemented systems and processes that enhance productivity and efficiency in the work process and place in different environments, countries and organizations under Shafa Holding including major changes in Shafa Farms UK.Mohammed has been recognized and awarded by Construction Week Magazine as the Rising Star in the construction industry Middle East 2019. Mohammed has also published his research findings in a Journal by Elsevier titled "Making the Construction Industry Resilient to Extreme Weather"
