The field of the company is in manufacturing low voltage panels as well as offering efficient solutions.Main Tasks:-Float RFQ to bidders, follow up and obtain open and sealed bids -Techno‐commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative statements-Generating PO for services and materials,-Follow‐up on material delivery and documentation requirements,-Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery requirements, etc-Generating reports in SAP and MS-EXCEL for the Purchase requisitions, RFQ’s and PO’s.-Monitoring of the Document control and expediting activities concerning the above purchasing documents-Vendor evaluation -Vendor registration-Study and Review of RFQ, Tender documents, Drawing, Specifications, Clients Requirements.-Prepare Quotations, Compliance Statement, And Technical Submittal for Clients.-Preparing the cost breakdown structure and target budget for the projects.-Provide advice and technical support for the customers to achieve the correct & best solutions.-Attending meetings with the consultant and contractor.-Coordination study & short circuit study.-procurement Engineer-Ensuring all the works are performed as per the standard, method of statement, and approved drawings.-Supervising the panels before delivery and making sure that they comply with specifications and standards
