Leading the Passengers Transit Activities sectors (Taxi, Luxury Vehicles, Ehail, School Bus, Car Sharing, … Sectors) andmanaging the team’s daily activities:• Prepare and manager tenders, contracts and auctions for the passenger transport activity• Manage and oversee all the sectors on daily bases to ensure availability and quality of service.• Manage and ensure compliance with the contract, processes, regulations and policy• Review the monthly dashboard per sector. Monthly evaluation and analysis of the performance of franchise operator andpropose appropriate adjustments according to the approved standards for performance management to raise theefficiency of the sector.• Preparing recommendations related to the opening or cancellation of franchise companies in addition to suspending oradding the services provided to each of the franchise companies• Analysing complaints and suggestions submitted regarding the development of the passenger transport activity sector.• Manage and review the KPI’s of each sector and issuing the violations to each operators on monthly bases• Issuing NOCs for schools and nurseries in the Emirate of Dubai to ensure that all school transport operators in theEmirate of Dubai comply with the School Transport Regulation Law.

Leading the Integration and Soft Mobility Section:• Manage and oversee the Cycling Master Plan• Manage and oversee the Scooter Master Plan• Manage and oversee the Section KPI’s.• Ensure all technical policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to.• Ensure all the Section correspondences are closed in timely manners.• Ensure design is done in accordance with the manuals. (DTCDM, Pedestrian and Cycling Design Manual…etc)• Work on the Technical plans and ensure to follow them.• Plan for budgets in accordance with the technical plans

Deputy Director Role:• Prepare and manage the department budget with all the section managers to ensure a smooth Cash flow throughoutthe year.• Overlooking the departments resources requirements and plan the resources for upcoming years with HR.• Manage and oversee the Departments KPI’s.• Ensure all technical policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to throughout all the department sections.• Ensure all the departments correspondences are closed in timely manners.Run and Managing the Project Management & Engineers to run the entire section operation from design, construction andmaintenance of projects• Manage and oversee the design process starting from preparation of TOR, appointment of the consultant, managingthe design stage from design/concept report, concept design, schematic design, detail design including managementapprovals till tender documents• Manage and oversee the Team in preparation of projects budget; Terms of References (TOR); prepare the tenderpackage in coordination with Contracts and Purchasing Department for Tender till the issuance of Letter ofAcceptance (LOA).• Manage and oversee the project tendering process starting with reviewing tender documents, negotiations, till theappointment of the contractor.• Manage the Team to ensure the works are on program to achieve the delivery of the project is on time, Quality andCost.• Manage the section budgets to ensure a smooth Cash flow throughout the year.• Overseeing all the projects are within budgets along with Managing and Overseeing the Value Engineering process isdone correctly to ensure that the design intent and quality are not jeopardized.

Run and Managing the Project Manager & Engineers to run the entire section operation from design, construction andmaintenance of projects. Downtown Dubai Development (formerly named Downtown Burj Dubai) and Dubai Marina Development:• Worked on different stages of projects, ranging from concept design to completion and handover. Also worked on tendering, tender clarification and review till the issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA).• Manage the process of soil investigation, shoring, piling and earth work to achieve the target date to handover the site to the main contractor. • Manage the contractor and consultant closely during the construction stage to achieve the contracted program, also to insure that the project is within the budget and perform Value Engineering if necessary to control the quality.• Managed projects at the late stages of the construction, handed over the project to the end user, and manage the process of the defects liability period. • Manage the contractors to perform their contractual obligation and deliverables• Manage the final account process with the commercial and Technical consultants and report back to senior management on the account status. • Managed the construction and preparation of the show homes within the sales centre• Managed Hospitality projects from construction phase to fit out including FF&E and OS&E and handed over to the operator and customers.• Worked on design development of hotels with consultants till final design.
