Pre-Award Activities: - Collaborating with the End-Users to facilitate preparation of Complete Contract request.- Formulating agreement Pricing Schedule and aligning the same with Cost Estimate Breakdown.- Establishing Bidder List and Award Strategy in accordance with agreement requirements.- Drafting & circulating tender invitation package, monitoring the evaluation process, including Site Visits, Pre-Bid Meetings, Clarification Meetings, and Issuance of Tender Bulletins.- Receiving & unveiling technical bids and providing the same to the End-User for technical evaluation; conducting Due Diligence on technical evaluation reports to ensure full compliance with the award strategy.-Conducting commercial evaluation of accepted bidders by following ADNOC In-Country Value (ICV) guidelines.- Obtaining secure management approval on the award recommendation submission.- Liaising with the Legal and Finance Teams to assess contractual, financial, and compliance risks.- Ensuring strict adherence to tender requirement.Post-Award Activities: - Ensuring strict compliance with warranties, insurances ,bonding, and guarantees requirements.- Working on & assessing sub-contracting documents, allocating the same to the suitable vendors, contractors and subcontractors.- Analyzing contractor's progress works, developing Payment Certificates, and evaluating Client-Contractor correspondence for compliance with agreement Terms & Conditions.- Rendering counsel on commercial and contractual aspects pertaining to Variations/ Change Orders and Claims.- Furnishing information and reports on agreement matters during technical, administrative, or arbitration disputes to the Management or Legal Advisors.- Assigning Project Completion Certificates (RFC, PAC, FAC).- Assisting in preparing Close-Out Reports and issuing Close-out Variation Order as & when required.- Tracking expenditures against the approved budget and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
