Responsibilities:• Managing the complete sales and marketing of aloft hotels India.• Determine annual sales plans and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual plan to project expected sales volume from existing and new accounts.•Implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.•Maintaining sales volume and selling price by keeping the track of current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.•Maintaining national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.•Complete progress of revenue management to enhance the revenue of the hotel.•Distribution management to enhance the business from each source & segment.• Work closely with VP and MD of the group for day to day sales & marketing operation
