My responsibilities as Scrum Master since i got the role are:- Assist the product owner with the product backlog and plan for the upcoming sprint.- Keep all shareholders on track and informed and remove roadblocks for the development team.- Prepare and host daily stand-up, sprint planning and sprint reviews/retrospective meetings.- Coach team members to make sure that the team are self-managed, constantly look for ways to improve team performance and productivity.

Started as a Senior Software Engineer for a project for Bursa Malaysia, when the Project Manager departed i filled that position as well as being involved in development of the project successfully delivering the project on both fronts to the public.

- Team Lead of 2 developers and 1 intern , responsibilities: meeting with the stakeholders , deciding on requirements, breaking the requirements between the team and I , reviewing the developers code and helping the developers when needed.- Applying back end software engineering using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript frameworks and databases for web application products.

Worked on the development of accounting, inventory, human resource, and patient management systems and databases for AL- Adwani Hospital in Saudi Arabia. Utilized Oracle for the database and Gupta Centura for the GUI. The responsibilities of the project were to gathering requirements ,develop, customize install and launch the system while also providing training to the users.
