I have a strong background in surveying and a strong knowledge of local land laws and regulations. I am focus on survey land in various locations for building or excavating Controlling and maintaining the safe, smooth progress of construction works. Responsibilities: - Measure land features, such as depth and shape, using reference points. - Research and examine previous land records and verify data from previous records. - Prepare maps and land reports and provide reports and findings to clients or potential contractors. - Create and log records of survey results - Measure land boundaries. - Make recommendations on the suitability of land for the desired build or project. - Purchase and maintain required equipment for effectively completing surveys. - Provide guidance and support to field staff or junior surveyors and estimators. - Provide site visits to clients and potential land buyers or developers to show them the land and explain the key points from the survey.

As a Senior Surveyor, I am responsible for measuring and calculating the dimensions and shapes of the site using specialized equipment in order to mark the boundaries of properties for various construction project and landscape. Responsibilities: -Check the elevations, the setting out and rest of survey work by the contractor are required to ensure accuracy. -Advise the Resident Engineer and recommend actions concerning construction surveys. -Maintain the construction surveys and quantity records as per the Resident Engineer instructions. - Perform the initial baseline and control surveys including the establishment of benchmarks and recovery of any existing survey monuments to be removed at the start of the project as directed by the RE. -Attend the Contractor’s request for surveys, including the checking of the Contractor’s setting out of centerlines, structures, and slope stakes. -Check the field measurement surveys including original and final cross sections, check critical elevations, dimensions and locations of structural elements, earthwork grading, pavement, and appurtenances, check the Contractor’s detailed survey in advance of construction operations, investigate and clarify survey discrepancies.-Participate in the format and standard procedures for calculation and documentation of quantities.-Involve in the calibration and checking of the survey instruments.-Involve in the as-built review and finalization in coordination with RE, land surveyors and inspectors.-Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations.-Interface with client and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements.-Complete the surveying requirements on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.-Check setting-out and levels. Check services locations and ensure their protection.-Prepare sketches to support the field work. Maintain all the survey information (field books, sketches, and calculations). -Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings.
