Work experience:• 7 years at Ministry of transport and communication (MOTC), Finance and administration department (2015-2022).• Job title: Acting procurement and tendering section head.• Job description: Responsible for the day-to-day work of the procurement and tendering section. Ensures that the process completed in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.• Secretariat in the tender committee of the ministry.• Teams to lead: 1- Tendering team: responsible to follow up upon all tendering process, ensure to fulfill Tender documentation, including terms and conditions, list of material, works, or services required, technical specifications and patterns, and getting required approvals from MOF, State of Audit Bureau and MOJ in order to process in the tender committee.2- Contracts team: Responsible of ensuring all contracts are signed with contractors upon legal requirements after getting the letter of award from tender committee. In addition, keep an update upon all active contracts to check on the validity and applying of terms and conditions by contractors through continuous communication with project managers.3- Purchase requests team: Responsible to check PR’s of different departments to complete the process of making purchase orders to fulfill the ministry requirements. 4- Invoices team: Responsible of completing and checking all documents alongside invoices to process them to payables team.• Other job experience:1- Accounts receivable: Responsible for the day-to-day registration of all revenues earned by the ministry. Ensures that every revenue earned classified and registered under the proper procedures.2- Cash management: Responsible for daily wire payments for accounts payable as well as assist accounts payable personnel to ensure expenses are paid in a timely manner and keep updated status of all bank accounts of the ministry.3- Accounts payable: Responsible for the day-to-day work of the accounts payable of the financial accounting section. Ensures that the processing of accounts payable completed in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
