• Primary responsibilities include developing prospective bidders, quoting, negotiating capital equipment and issuing Purchase Orders for Entire plants (Diary, Poultry, Bakery & Depots)• Sourcing of technologies, equipment, services, contractors and prequalification of new suppliers, validation of interest and capabilities.• Ensure Procurement involvement early in the stage engineering process and assist with Request for Proposal’s (RFI’s), Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s), commercial selection, contracts and purchase orders (PO’s) within delegation of authority.• Worked in conjunction with Legal negotiating terms and conditions specific to the Major Turnkey & Equipment Supply Projects.• Development of Project Procurement Plans for equipment and services.• Coordinate/conduct Request for Quote (RFQ) activity for each project. Report status to respective PM’s, follow up with expediting.• Conduct on-site pre-proposal meetings at the facilities to ensure plant requirements (both technical and commercial) are met.• Negotiate contracts, terms, progressive pay schedules, delivery milestones, change orders, back charges as necessary.

Gulbarga

• Maintaining records of requisitions & its quotations.• Negotiating the price with different vendors and get best quotations.• Getting the approval of Procurement Manager on best quotations.• Making purchase orders for the requested materials and place to vendors.• Follow-up with the vendors for deliveries.• Managing vendor’s quality and delivery performance.• Maintaining adequate stock levels.

Saudi Arabia

•Making action plan quarterly basis and Coordinate with End user.•Review and process purchase requisitions of raw material generated by MRP.•Manages workflow processes for quotation and purchases, and ensures documentation is executed in a timely and efficient manner.•Works with the Senior Manager, Purchasing to ensure that all purchase requisitions are being acted on in a timely fashion and that end user are kept informed of the progress of their requests.•Reviews the purchase requisition(s) to ensure it is completed and signed off by appropriate levels of management. •Manage the local and overseas purchase enquiries.•Effective price negotiation with vendor’s.•Comparing prices and making decision sheets for cost effective purchase of raw material and spare parts of machinery’s.

Gulbarga

• Manage and facilitate all facets of supply management activities between division business units and suppliers.• Locate, analyze, and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future materials needs of the company.• Managing suppliers, cost and quality/delivery performance.• Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.• Monitor vendor reliability, dependability and establishes contact with the suitable/ prospective suppliers.• Secure the delivery of required materials at the most reasonable prices while confirming with the company’s quality standard.

Bangalore Area, India

• Enhance the Accounts by recommendations for the better performance of the Accounts.• Create the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of the given Accounts.• Create Accounts for the clients.• Making PowerPoint presentations and compare with competitors Accounts.• Generate the related keywords for the account to perform better in the market.• Participate in activities designed to improve client satisfaction and business performance.• Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of client requests.• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
