I have been studying whilst simultaneously working in order to gain a variety of skill sets and have them mastered, in accordance with my degree (of which I am yet to complete) I need to master various skills, I have started in the hospitality industry and moved around in order to experience multiple people. and understand thee art of customer service, I have aligned myself with multiple industries in order to expose my mind to a broad field of skills I am registered with famous brands and have a certificate in communications from ignite I am one year away from graduation Which means I have completed all level 3 modules (all major modules of studies with only my electives to complete), with my previous company as it is an S.M.E. I held an Area Management Position having that taken into consideration I managed thee entire company including the 3 locations in: Petermaritzburgh, Amanzintoti and Westville having this being my initial introduction to the retail industry gathering my multiple skill sets, including my field of education and using them accordingly I had successfully integrate the market and driven the sale figures 3 times than initially expected; I am now seeking new opportunities willing to start immediately
