• Ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the systems.• Ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.• Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime (SQL Server 2005/2008).• Providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.• Troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL development.• Improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades.• Design data entry forms and output reports according to business needs• Perform system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity and reliability of automated tasks.• Ensure routine backups are performed for all KETS databases systems.
