Estimation & designing of all types of LT electrical panels used in industrial and commercial projects like PCC, MCC panels as per technical specification, standards, schematic & BOQ. Preparation of GA drawing, power diagram, control wiring diagram, PLC wiring diagram, bill of materials for synchronization and load sharing panels with required interlock logic, bus-bar arrangements, PLC and DEIF incorporation for client approval/ production. Knowledge of designing IEC 61439-1&2, draw-out, non-draw-out MCC, PCC panel, MSB, PLC, AMF Panels, APFC, meter panels, distribution boards, DOL, reverse forward & star/delta starters with BMS and VFD incorporation. Developed own excel tool to find cost and requirement of sheet, accessories, powder coating, labour and miscellaneous items for panel manufacturing by configuring the dimensions of the panel. Design of earthing, fault level calculation, surge protection system, switch gear selection, enclosure selection, bus-bar arrangement in Bharat fabricated panels, RITTAL TS8, AE Enclosures & modular panels. Monitoring the entire fabrication, Electrical wiring progress & carrying out technical tests of control panels as per quality assurance plan. Identified existing design problems and recommended solutions.

Prepared electrical drawings (single line diagram, lighting layout, power layout, communication layout and installation drawings) required for marine, commercial, residential projects. Creating schematic diagram and scope documents for installation of generator set and solar panels in various projects according to Kerala State Inspectorate Standards. Preparation of GA drawings and control wiring diagrams for existing/ new electrical control panels. Knowledge in HT LT cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, cable schedule, cable tray sizing and conduitlayout. Knowledge in sizing and selection of transformer, capacitor bank, generator etc. Preparation of bill of materials, scope documents and proposal estimates.
