Reporting directly to the advisor to the Minister of Communications for the development of technological skills, responsible for the roll out of 3 initiative’s (DECI, DEMI and Egypt’s Portal for Cultural Heritage). Identifying each projects’ goals, objectives, and scope to create a project plan that outlines tasks, timelines and resources required. Monitoring and executing the project from start to finish to ensure its’ success.

Report directly to the Vice President, responsible for all Key Performance Indicators in the region and accountable for region’s performance on all levels. People management and engagement, regional financial performance and operational excellence. Meeting and exceeding year over year targets. Meeting the highest level of customer service by ensuring consistency in every customer journey.

Manage the overall business and ensure that LensCrafters is the premier destination for all vision needs in the community, gains market share, drives topline and profitability growth, usage of KPIs to execute superior customer and patient experience. Develop strategies that align the sales team to cater to each transaction as an individual one. Developing diverse teams that know their markets, communities and costumers. Implement new directives for training and policies. Ensure training, modules and seminars are completed.

Having overall accountability for growing the sales and profitability throughout each area of the stores. Managing the team to deliver results and ensure compliance to maintain the brand image, as well as delivering excellent standards in all aspects of the operations. Sponsoring events at the ACC and other national venues to build long lasting relationships in the communities
