Lead Quality Analyst
CurrentResponsible for guiding the testing process from planning and design to execution and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.Test Planning: Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan for the project. Define the scope, objectives, and priorities of testing. Allocate resources for testing.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers and assigning tasks/responsibilities to them.Providing guidance and support to team members.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand and clarify requirements.Ensuring that test cases and test scripts are developed based on the project's requirements.Communication: Be the point of contact in-between the testing team and other project stakeholders, such as developers, product managers, and business analysts.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among different project teams.Test Design: Review test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios created by testing team.Ensuring that test cases cover all relevant aspects of the software being tested.Test Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of test cases by monitoring and tracking test progress, defects/issues through Jira.Test Automation: Evaluate the feasibility of test automation and include the test cases which are applicable to automate as test script.Test Reporting: Prepare and deliver test status reports to project stakeholders.Communicate the test results, progress, and any issues to the project team.Post-Release Activities: Evaluate and improve the testing processes by conducting retrospective meeting. Updating the regression test suite. Sending out QA Summary report to stake holders.
