Project Development and Management:• Development and supervision of a response for refugee children in need of protection. • Coordinate and supervise the child protection programme by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities in accordance with grant agreements and Tdh quality standards; • Ensure the child protection program especially case management and alternative care programme implemented by Tdh field teams is consistent with and aligned with the National CP system and adheres to the leading inter-agency standardized operating procedures and tools (CPMS, CM guidance); • Stay up-to-date on all high-risk cases and provide daily or weekly supervision to Team Leaders as required; • Ensure the daily and weekly use of work plans, case trackers and other case management tools; • Regularly get updated information on all services available for children in need of support and ensure this information is available to team leaders; • Coordinate effectively with external partners in the referral pathway to ensure team leaders and case workers have the contacts they need in their working areas, ensure referrals are tracked and followed-up on; • Support Team Leaders to update the Team Leader Trackers and contribute • Ensure appropriate information management protocol is in place, particularly in terms of confidentiality of data (including, paper and electronic files); • Represent Tdh in field base multi-agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate; • Ensure the best use of resources and prepare the sound budgets and monitoring project expenses on an on-going basis; to the maintenance of master Case Management database;

• Provide CP case management service.• Planning and organizing capacity building sessions on case management & key protection topics based on observations of the quality of field work and key knowledge gaps.• Provide daily on-the-job mentoring and technical guidance on cases to the caseworkers• Ensure that case workers thoroughly follow the case management steps ensuring that each step is properly implemented and documented in the child's file, conduct file audits to assess adherence to this.• Make sure that for each case, consent is sought, confidentiality is ensured, individual child's care plan is implemented and followed-up on regular basis and referrals are made timely and in a quality manner.• Ensure referrals for family tracing are alerted to the National Coordinator and Management and are prioritized and happen timely.• Prepare inputs to reports with regards to case numbers from your working area, according to the project documents (weekly reports, monthly reports).• Maintain an up-to-date case tracker and submit it timely on a weekly basis; use the case tracker to support case management activities through monitoring caseloads and key trends.• Ensure your team respects confidentiality of data (including paper and electronic files).• Ensure regular communication with line manager on field' updates, achievements and challenges via meetings, reports and ad hoc communication upon request and needs.• Ensure the project activities are integrated in the Bangladeshi child protection system and humanitarian coordination practices and guidelines.• Identify needs and draft capacity building plan • Provide appropriate training, mentoring, coaching and capacity building of the team • Organize team meetings, cases conferences, and provide weekly program update and staff planning.• Follow up staff attendances, leaves and provide monthly attendance sheets to her/his manager to facilitate payroll process.
