Draft and upload memos and gather data forHR reports. Performance appraisal of staff. Follow up and coordination of employees training and leave requests. Ensure compliance with local legislations and company policy governing employment, employeewelfare, contract termination, trade and commerce. Maintain a register of all organization charts and job descriptions. Secure the timely and accurate production and agreement of concise and complete job descriptionswhich are acceptable to the jobholder and departmental management. Work closely to update and modify all job descriptions and organization charts as necessary inconsultation with the departments. Receive and respond to inquiries from staff and management regarding policy clarifications.  Prepare office Orders/Inter Office Communications for various HR related purposes.
