• Attend to customer complaints and queries received through the CIM (Muamalaty) system in a timely manner as per set objectives.• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve the issues and continuously updating and communicating with the customers.• To work along with the Senior Teams and different departments in analyzing and identifying root cause of repetitive complaints received from customers and agree on action plan to eliminate re-occurrence in future to provide with effective Customer Service.• To monitor and assist in resolving complaints from walk-in customers, complaints received via different Communication Channels ensuring effective customer satisfaction.• Interacting and demonstrating the products and services to customers.• Dealing and selling with company’s products and services in order to achieve set targets and achieve maximum revenue from business.• Attract potential customers by answering products and services questions.• Open customer accounts by recording account information.
