Manage all Logistics services for all the internal customers and responsible for executing all import and export shipments including Air, Sea and Land Freights. Provide support to projects and procurement teams during the project phase. Adept planning & execution of critical project shipments for timely execution of project deliveries ensuring the project is risk free protecting the interests of the company.Responsibilities:• Coordinate with management and staff within the company to facilitate all projects shipments on timely manner.• Monitor shipments with respect to cost and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of import / export shipments. • Interface with shippers and freight forwarders for finalizing delivery schedules for import / export shipments and ensuring smooth transportation and timely delivery. • Coordinate with customs clearing agencies, vendors to accelerate clearances. • Prepare import / export documentation as per prescribed rules and regulations of Saudi customs for project offshore materials that are imported / exported into KSA.• Manage the heavy lift operation with its associated logistical support.• Coordinate with Field engineers and Marine team in preparing the shipping, marking & packing instructions for each barge load in and load outs.• Issue RFQ’s to freight forwarders, scrutinize quotation, evaluate offers and prepare comparisons for Project management approvals.• Negotiate with freight forwarders for managing normal & OOG shipments.• Responsible for reviewing and insuring the team is in compliance with management metrics. • Responsible to develop processes to meet Project schedules and requirements• Responsible for effective management of personnel to maximize efficiencies

Manage the overall performance of Logistics services for assigned Oil & Gas Customers including Air, Sea & Land Freights. Reporting directly to the COO of KSA and is responsible for the day to day operational activities of their team. Coordinate closely with Business Development Department to increase productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and accuracy to defined KPIS. Responsibilities:• Responsible for Team budget and profitability • Responsible to work with Business Development with regard to ensuring client satisfaction of services, deep selling of existing clients.• Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the team is in compliance with management metrics. • Responsible for credit management of customers, attending regular AR meetings, resolving invoicing issues timely and keeping client accounts current • Responsible to co-ordinate product sourcing with other departments to minimize costs by leveraging buying power • Responsible to develop processes to meet client needs • Responsible for continuous improvements of service process to achieve gains in revenues, productivity and quality • Responsible for root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions with regard to client service failures • Responsible for effective management of personnel to maximize efficiencies • Ensures compliance with customer requirements, customer contracts, quality goals, service levels, performance standards, and KPIs • Owns & is responsible for the P&L for their respective division • Responsible for training staff on customer services, corporate, regulatory and industry changes or requirements and coordinating with Human Resources

Supervise and manage all the operation activities on daily basis under the Transportation Department by providing comprehensive record and control system to the staff. Maintained the 120+ fleet of the company and keep a track of the maintenance and Legal matters concerned with the Fleet.Responsibilities:• Expertise in arranging Heavy Hauls & OOG cargoes through prominent sub contractors. • Managing overland export shipments to all GCC countries ensuring fulfillment of the documents for smooth clearance of shipments on the borders.• Deal with other company departments in operational matters, receive requests for transportation and give confirmations after analyzing the circumstances.• Arrange legal matters of fleet with insurance companies, maintenance agencies and supervise the procurement matters of the fleet.• Keep the higher management updated with department matters and requirements.• Coordinate and communicate for usual operational matters of jobs concerned with the Projects Coordinators, Drivers coordinators, etc• Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports of the operational trips performed by the Fleet in Eastern Region.• Maintain Fleet drivers database and keep a track of their attendance & performance that is to be reported on monthly basis to the higher management. • Coordinate with the subordinates to keep a track of the drivers and their performance regularly.• Coordinate with the subordinates to be updated about the current position of the trucks and trailers performance and their maintenance.• Prepare daily vehicles movement report by collecting the data from the dispatcher and Data entry operator. • Supervise the financial transactions at terminal and coordinate with main office for financial matters.• Deal with outsource suppliers and make arrangements for smooth relations with them and Follow up with our accounts departments for timely payment of the invoices received from these outsource suppliers.
