• Attending technical meetings every week with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve non-conformity arising at the site• MEP Coordination with all sub-contractors (A/C, Fire Fighting, and Etisalat) for the site execution in their respective fields• Preparing, Evaluation & co-ordination for as-built drawings. • Daily on-site surveillance ensuring all the activities performed are consistent with the approved specification, plan, drawings and method statement• Preparing SLD, load calculations, panel/DB schedule based on tender specification, and shop drawings for Electric, water, gas and Etisalat.• Ensuring all documents are up to date for the drawing approval, permanent connection and NOC.• Handle all paperwork for the drawing approval according to SEWA (Electrical, Water and gas), ETISALAT, and CIVIL DEFENCE requirements and familiar with all government websites like SRTA, Sharjah Municipality, Sharjah Town Planning, and SEWA for applying all the NOC’s during the complete project lifecycle.• Supervising installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of the transformer, generator, switchgear, UPS, telephone/data, fire alarm, public address, CCTV, audiovisual, access control systems.• Attending final inspection with consultants & respective authorities and to get approval mainly Electricity, Water, Gas, Etisalat, Civil, Defense, SRTA, Real Estate Number, for the concerned project.• Reporting pending issues, proposals, and progress to the project manager.• Raising monthly payments/variation claims-making comparison and preparing justifications• Coordinating with purchase department for the on-time arrangement of materials as per project plan.

• Preparing shop drawings following SEWA rules and regulations• Preparing, Designing Modification of AutoCAD Drawings mostly Villas, Buildings and Shops. Preparing and balancing load schedule.• Can make the AutoCad Drawing, new and modification.• Selection of breakers, cables and capacitor banks.• Preparing of Load Schedules, lighting, Power, AC and roof Layouts with voltage drop calculations.• Maintaining of all SEWA related documents for clients for their respective projects• Preparing and maintaining documentation work and applications for the municipality work procedures Site visit and can read the electrical drawings according to which the work can executed• Supporting sales team in designing and proposing appropriate solutions based on site drawings and/or by site visits• Planning and modifying proposals to meet client’s needs.• Preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain products and services• Preparing and maintaining estimates, quotations, technical proposals, and progress reports• Building long term Relationship with the Client, Presentation/ Demonstration.• Analytical, Communication, Interpersonal, Term Leadership, Problem Solving etc.
