• Managing the end-to-end delivery of Complex Salesforce commerce cloud projects for LOREAL brands like Kiehls, YSL, Lancome, Kerastase, SkinCeuticals, Takami, Valentino, GAB, ITC, LRP located in SEA region, GCC, Taiwan, Korea, Australia etc.• Responsible for managing all the project activities like Development, QA, Integrations, project demo, E2E SIT, UAT, SIT/UAT Sign off, Golden order testing, Project Go Live, Hypercare, Warranty and project handover to Ops team.
