•Provide Leadership, guide and manage a team of multi-discipline inspectors to implement the Clients Quality requirements.•Ensure all QA/QC functions on Site are operating effectively on various project phases and that they are in full compliance with project quality requirements and ensuring that quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 is established maintained and implemented. Continuously improve quality management systems to ensure the system operates effectively. •Review Quality plan, ITP’s, check lists, Method Statements, Procedures, and formats as per project requirement with relevant supporting documents for approval and monitor that these are implemented effectively.•Manage generation of Requests for Inspections (RFI) where nominated on the ITPs, associated Quality Record’s & Testing Record’s providing sufficient notice for all required Hold, Witness Inspection Points.•Ensure all audits are carried out in accordance with the Audit Schedule and the schedule is up to date and Follow up on all audit findings ensuring that action is taken and reoccurrence is minimized.•Study, evaluate and propose corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformity.•Ensure site surveillance inspections are continually carried out on the project, recording and documenting any deviations and non-conformities of work.•To issue NCR when necessary and to follow up for its agreed disposition in order to close out the NCR.•Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and ensure inspection reports/testing reports, surveillance reports, NCR’s Site instructions and logs etc. are traceable, retrievable and properly maintained.•Weekly meetings with client and other stake holders to resolve any quality issues and review effectiveness and improvement in Quality Control system to meet project objectives.•Prepare weekly/monthly QC reports and distribute it to all concerned.
