Responsible for the development and production substrate farms operations ensuring economic and strategic success. Implementation and use of agronomy technical innovation and science based decision-making while demonstrating best practices related operational activities to maximize successful crop yieldsManage, with hands-on involvement, all farming activities. Train and manage all the personnel in the farm for the latest and best current production practices.

• Executes protocols (trials, growing and harvesting) to meet applicable stewardship and regulatory requirements. Generate and analyse data to report to the Regional Crop Team(s), ensuring the products full characterization, positioning and supporting product advancement decisions by the crop team(s); Has solid information and evidence of product performance (FABS) and acknowledges and supports product advancement to commercialization.• Develop and demonstrate FAB for all products, technologies and systems to sales team, dealers and customers. In charge of local adaptation of our portfolio.• Work with sales teams, be the crop production educator, communicator and coach to drive sales. • Interact with other functions (Breeding, Product Management), possibly through participation to the local Crop Team• Manage trials budget
