Project Manager
CurrentManage the delivery of multiple projects through the full lifecycle on low and medium-risk projects, identifying and managing risks, issues and the project schedule in order to meet our customers’ expectations and to generate repeat business.Tasks: 1- Create project plan/schedule per defined objectives and scope in the statement of work (SOW) 2- Responsible for identifying all processes and deliverables related to the project and incorporating them into the project plan. 3- Create and maintain project budget as defined by SOW or client.4 - Ensure that all proposed options, risks (with mitigation strategies), and proposals are comprehensive and accurate prior to review with Project Owner and stakeholders.5- Develop solutions for project issues and effectively communicate solutions to all internal and external stakeholders.6-Monitor for project scope creep and initiate an effective Project change request process as appropriate.7- Create a detailed project plan with the internal team members prior to the kickoff meeting with the customer in order to set the project baseline & budget.
