• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.• Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site.• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress. • Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.• Maintaining record of Project data, documents and correspondences.

• Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.• Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate broken parts, and complete repairs using specialized tools.• Manage whole mechanical systems, including completing routine maintenance, performing efficiency tests, repairing broken machines, and recommending upgrades when necessary.• Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems • Assist with apprenticeship program by mentoring new technicians and providing constructive feedback to improve quality of work.
