• To prepare the selection of machines like FCU’s, AHU’s, Chillers, Pumps (primary & secondary), Pressure gauge, Balancing, non-return & drain valve’s, strainers, temperature Sencer, VFD’s, spring vibration isolators, rubber pads, Air outlets (Grille, Diffusers & linear slots) for supply, return, fresh & exhaust air ducts on the basis of Heat Load calculation.• Complete Installation of HVAC Equipment’s.• Installation of ducting with accessories for main line and branches.• Installation of all kind of Dampers, plenum Box and Diffuser.• Selections of sound attenuators for supply & return air duct to control sound level.• Installation of chill water piping, BTU meter with insulation.• Responsible for installation of fire fighting piping as per drawing.• Heat load calculation after building survey using ASHRAE standards.• Preparing and submitting all work inspection test report (WIR’s).• Preparing daily & weekly work report, Submitting to the higher officials.• Planning scheduling monitoring, supervising all site related activities & requirements of man power.• Regular coordinating with construction team if any rectification on site as per new method or new revision drawing.• Preparing the Air Distribution System for the complete drawing.• Testing chill water piping by holding pressure in pipe.
