• Oversee a team of 5-8 purchasing specialists throughout the procurement process & delegate tasks according to the overview of workloads and staff capabilities• Directly handle the procurement process for critical strategic and high value materials • Ensure acquiring the required Goods at the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) without sacrificing quality• Manage every aspect of the supply chain• Identify and research potential new suppliers• Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and update of vendors list• Develop and execute procurement strategies • Ensure that purchasing procedures and company policies are adhered• Negotiating the vendors to ensure having the best deal while maintaining win-win situation• Follow-up the achievement of KPIs

• Directly handle procurement process for important categories of items required for Drilling, Projects and Operations• Supervise 1-2 junior buyers throughout the procurement process.• Carry out negotiations with vendors • Notify the higher management of any obstacles or any potential opportunities of improvement• Liaise with key technical departments of the company to obtain support when needed

• Perform the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process for different categories of items from international markets (e.g. Pumps, Compressors, Generators, Chemicals, Spare Parts, Tools...etc.)• Follow up with Customs & Logistics departments to ensure safe receipt of ordered materials at site • Ensure suppliers fulfillment of requirements, then review and release their invoices for payment
