Roles & Responsibilities:Safety: Achieve and Sustain Zero Accident status in plant. Practice Process safety tools such as Safety Observations, Process Hazard Analysis, and Management of Change. Ensures compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures across the Company in order to promote a healthy and safe work environmentEnsure employee safety programs and work permit system to determine their adequacy.Recommends Health monitoring programs and evaluates as its effectivenessProduct Quality: Achieve and Sustain Zero quality defect status. Achieve and Sustain Zero customer complaint status. Achieve & sustain Non-Defective Rate at 100%. Production Quantity:Production planning and execution as per sales requirement. Achieve Target production quantity& Plant Availability. Sustain material balance of Raw material, Semi finished, finished goods and packing material. Book & actual stock compliance. Sustain product Yields as per standard and Utility consumption Standard vs Actual balance. Weekly, Monthly report preparation and reporting. Training and development of team members and team Building. Sustaining and improving plant preventive maintenance. Active participation in new development activity.Monitors plants and production performance and advises manager to ensure that production operations is optimal and up to the required standards and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:• Supervise the operations of the plant and equipment according to daily operation instructions and providing technical support to team during these activates.• Supervise a safe start-up, shut-down (normal and emergency), normal operations and maintenance activities.• Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.• Monitor production performance using UHDE evaluator software.• Follow up MOC and arrange the CAPEX for execution.• Ensure plant operating parameters, process analyzer and plant performance within specified limits as per SOP and guidelines.• Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.• Drive continuous improvement methodology and principles within the area to improve operational performance.
