• Preparing and checking Pre-tender documents and BOQ.• Review of project drawing and specification; develop RFl's if required.• Taking off quantities and checking with the client’s BOQ• Rate analysis and preparing Quotations for the project based on our own design/ given drawings and specification details by the client.• Preparation of preliminary cost estimation for budgeting purpose and bills of quantities.• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents.• Prepare comparion statement of subcontractor's quotations.• Evaluating and negotiating contractual claims.• Preparing notification of variations (NOV), Analysis of variations, preparation / valuavation of variations.• Checking the final measurements, unit rate build up and backup documents preparation of variations.• Getting approval of variations from the Client / Engineer/ consultant.
