  •Technical problem solving (In any technical issue).Read and understand QC file, customer comments and specifications and same guide to Factory. Recommend production adjustments to the process or assembly to ensure quality as Customer. Organized and accurate with a keen eye for detail inspections. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast working environment. Flexible attitude with the ability to time manage their own workload. Ability to work with a number of different teams and on own initiative.• Order sheet /file analysis for Quality & production.Before bulk production review size set & Associate PP meeting with Q.C Dept, Production PM Section in charge such as knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, finishing Merchandiser, Technical Dept. Responsible for conducting daily order progress meetings, where order ,process are Discussed and Decisions taken for a smooth execution of orders to meet on time deliveries with quality.•Applying productive methods of Quality systems and procedures.Responsible for submitting all reports such as cutting, knitting, sewing, linking, finishing visit report, Inline report, Pr-final report & Final report. Shipment on weekly/ monthly Basis. Shipment and progress report to line manager. •Pattern checking strictly as per buyer measurement. Before wash & after wash measurements follow up. Pr- production sample checking as per buyer required. Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure. •On time Shipment with right quality and quantity.To follow- up material inventory as necessarily. Special cares to follow-up the preparation of styles, size-set comments, seal samples & others.
