• Conducts, audits, and evaluates hygiene and pest control inspections for all manufacturing lines, as well as tracking and reporting on performance. • Examines service contractors' performance to ensure that they are capable of providing the appropriate service standard in compliance with the QMS and food safety contract. • Establishes the required hygiene tools & equipment to ensure the safety and sanitation of DAL Food products. • Participates in the development of pest control and hygiene systems policies, protocols, and manuals, as well as communicating the roles and responsibilities of all employees within the programs. • Generates routine and requested reports on all operations and outcomes of monitoring, evaluation, and audits to relevant stakeholders. • Maintains identifiable and retrievable files with recorded documentation of the status of inspection, monitoring, evaluation, and auditing results in order to provide evidence of adherence to predetermined specifications.

• Conducting analysis for both in process and finished products as per analysis program and report product non‐conformities to Laboratory Manager. • Implementation of Health & Safety and hygiene practices in laboratories. • Reporting to Laboratory Manager and related section/department on Health, Safety and Hygiene. • Ensure that all QC records (hard and soft) copies are completed approved and kept identifiable and easily retrievable within the laboratory. • Communicating all Analysis results, Health, Safety and Hygiene to S/process engineers • All tasks and activities assigned to them by Laboratory Manager.
