1.Organize and supervise food preparation and service, ensuring that at all times the catering services are operated in full accordance with all relevant food hygiene and health and safety legislation. 2.Supports the Catering Manager in ensuring that all catering staff, are adequately trained to perform their duties to the required standard and ensures that each member of staff is fully aware of their individual responsibilities .3.Contributes to the appraisal of each member of the catering staff in the performance of their duties to ensure that an efficient and cost-effective catering service is provided.
