Job Responsibilities:- Hardware Design (Cabinet Design, Power & Heat Calculations, DLD, Wiring Diagrams, IO Assignment).- Emergency Shutdown system (ESD) systems as well testing of MMI (Man Machine Interface).- Cabinet visual inspection, power up and Hardware Diagnostics.- Handling all DCS systems, field instruments, analytical, flow meters of international repute.- Control loops implementation with Foxboro Control Software.- Human machine interface design.- Performing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities.- Performing the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities.

Job Responsibilities:- Study clients' tender documents.- Engineering discussions with clients' to define the scope of work clearly.- Prepare for site surveys to collect needed information from the site.- Present company's achievements that support the business case to clients.- Provide product updates and technical advice to clients.- Cooperate with section head to define the optimum solution for projects.- Prepare the BOQ of the project that meets clients' requirements.- Contact with suppliers to get prices of the selected material, and software.- Compare between suppliers offers to present best price to the client.- Prepare technical offer, project cost, and project preliminary configuration.- Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to clients.- Work with the sales team to develop selling strategy.- Attend meetings with project managers, technical directors to present the proposed study when we hunt a project.Statistics- Present successful studies for many projects (refer to Projects).- Handle many site surveys, and meetings with many strategic clients in Egypt.- Establish strong relationship with biggest vendors, and suppliers in Egypt.- Develop strong relationships with strategic clients, as well as biggest constructions companies in Egypt (mainly in cement industry).
