To provide the business with Information Technology Services and Business Continuity thru bank ITG and BCD in order to translate the department of business strategies and visions into tangible practice. Support back office in all the ways and providing product consultancy as I have an extensive experience on Advent products and mainly on Tradex and APX. Ensure the quality of ITG and BCM aligns with SLA’s and best practices while operating within the ANBi’s policies and procedures and complying with CMA regulations. Pans and manages all IT related and Quality functions of ANBi by performing the following duties.1. Support and enhance Advent solutions the core system for Mutual Fund Operation department. 2. Ensure compliance with the CMA and Tadawul in all IT and Business Continuity related issues.3. Implement and manage the BCM plans and DR sites and ensure a contingency plan for the live systems. Conduct Tadawul Business Continuity Annual test. 4. Coordinate with the vendors for requesting supports (based on SLA) or request new products/services.5. Initiate the RFCs with ITG for new business CRs, conduct the UATs, certify it from the Certification Center and release it to production.6. Daily contact and follow-ups with ANB ITG for all requests, RFCs and projects.7. Conduct Risk Assessment and Penetration Test thru ANB InfoSec within an external party.8. Initiate and arrange with ANB ITG Departments to improve the provided services and enhance the SLA.9. Recommend and provide new systems/ technologies to the business.10. Submit periodical progress reports to the Management for the IT related projects and issues11. Review and study all contracts related to ANB Invest Information Technology.12. Set up and monitor Information and Technologies budget.13. Set up and arrange with different area to implement initiatives to reduce IT costs.14. Study and review all purchasing requests related to Systems.
