working as a Witness / Inspector for ELV Systems Riyadh Metro Line 3 ProjectKey Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and building management systems.- Perform functional tests on all components and systems to verify proper installation and operation.- Use specialized testing equipment to measure system performance and identify any faults or deficiencies.- Ensure all ELV systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.- Verify that installations adhere to project specifications and industry best practices.- Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, including any non-compliance issues and recommendations for corrective actions.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and Testing teams to address any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.- Provide technical guidance and support to Programming teams to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and evaluations.- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and ensure timely submission to relevant parties.

- In charge of Supervise, Design reviewing, Manage & Develop all BMS and FAS works for residential, and commercial projects, plus Preparing, Studying, and reviewing the Concept designs, preparing the BOQ, also preparing The Technical Material Submittals, Shop drawing Submittals for Approvals, Prepare the invoices and negotiate the related With the Consultant.- Led the team to oversee all works related to BMS/LC systems.- Installation and testing of BMS system and its integration with other Electro-Mechanical systems.- Installation of Fire Alarm panels, Detectors, Call Points, and interfacing with third-party systems.- Installation and testing of Dome cameras, Fixed cameras, and PTZ Cameras- Ensure proper performance and effectiveness by following best quality practices for Low Current systems.- Monitoring the work performed, the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, and the manpower, equipment, and report.- Preparing WIRs, MIRs(ATP), Method of Statement, Assets Registers, QC, and Handover Documents.
