As an electrical engineer with a passion for innovation and sustainability, I am pursuing my master's degree in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Calgary, where I work as a teaching assistant. My academic projects demonstrate my ability to design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems and power sources, using a range of technical tools and software, such as PLCs, SCADA, and MATLAB. Some of my key accomplishments include leading the electrical design for a multi-use community facility, conducting a life cycle analysis of hydrogen fuel cells as a sustainable energy solution for India, and implementing data-driven operational enhancements in the hospitality industry. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable hands-on experience as an maintenance engineer at the Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board and Godhra Re-Rolling Mill Pvt Ltd, where I contributed to critical infrastructure projects that served communities across the state. I am proficient in testing, maintenance, commissioning, quality control and PLC and HMI programming, and I continuously seek to expand my skill set and knowledge base to remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
