Responsible for posting the allowances and penaltiesTrack employees' violations, and send legal warnings accordingly.. Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.. Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.. Responsible for all Personnel activities and Guide the new hires to finish the hiring documents with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.. Manage & update employee’s files.. Manage all the hiring process.. Prepares employment contracts, ensuring that all necessary details and legal requirements are included, and ensures that contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate parties.. Creates and maintains comprehensive employee files. This includes gathering and organizing important documents such as resumes, offer letters, performance Improvement Plans - PIP, and, warning letters, and any applicable social insurance-related information.. Provides support and guidance to employees regarding social insurance matters. They address employee questions and concerns related to coverage, claims, and any other issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for employees.
