-Review /prepare project tender documents (specification, BOQ and drawings).-Review /response shop drawings and electrical submittals.-Review / response electrical offers and procurement.-Familiar with local and international codes and standards such as BS, NFPA, IEC , Starwood, UAE codes, Kahramaa.-Familiar with green building requirements and codes, such as LEED, Estidama and GSAS-Prepare electrical requirements with coordination with other disciplines.-Design the following: 1. Interior, exterior, Aviation Lighting and street lighting system. 2. Power system, cable sizing, voltage drop and short circuit Calculations. 3. Load estimation calculation. 4. Handling with loaded drawings from specialist to prepare convenient design. 5. Power for mechanical equipment, such as: Ventilation,HVAC, Plumping, drainage and water heating. 6. Low current system (Data, Telephone, Security and card access, CCTV and SMATV) 7. Fire detection and alarm system. 8. Voice evacuation and public address systems. 9. Earthing and Lightning systems.
