I am an Advanced Process Control engineer working in the Petrochemical industry for more than 10 years. I graduated from university of Maryland college park, USA as a chemical engineer at 2013. I worked 7 years at Utilities and offsite department as a process/production engineer and then 3 years as an advnaced process control engineer. Through the 10 years , I have gained extensive experience in petrochemical industry. Becoming an expert in troubleshooting and proving many times my ability to find root causes of the issues and resolving them. Examples of achiemvnets accomplished in the 10 years as below :• Leading Seawater PSVs removal which saved around 0.5 million a year. • Saving around 600,000 Riyals from managing chemical dosing into cooling water system. • Completion of C-300 upgrade project to upgrade all basic control to C-300 system. • Successful installation of CPM (Control performance Monitoring) program. • Tuning of olfien's cold box temperature controller resulting in temperature stability and reducing ethylene at fuel gas. My passion is to do improvment through optimization the process and soft changes without capital investment.
