• Handling Petty Cash• Handling Rental Post Dated Cheques• Posting of Receipts entries on daily basis.• Accounts Reconciliation of Bank, Customers, Suppliers and nominal Ledges.• Handling Bank Work.• Preparation of Monthly Debtors, Creditors report with Ageing Analysis.• Responsible for follow up on the outstanding payments.• Posting Daily Purchases & Sales Transactions in Visual Enterprise System Software• Monitoring Customer Credit Limits & follow up on collection for the outstanding Invoices• Responsible for maintaining the records of Prepayments.• Preparing Local Purchases Order• Filing of all documents in order.• Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Manager• Reporting to the Finance Manager for all Accounting Functions.
