• Import and Export Operations: Streamlined the import and export processes for goods, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate with international suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth movement of goods. Organize and optimize shipping schedules to meet delivery timelines.• Customs Clearance: Processing Import & Export Customs Bill of Entries. Understand and apply appropriate Incoterms to international transactions. Liaise with customs authorities (directly or through agents) to ensure timely and accurate clearance of imported and exported goods. Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance. Resolve any customs-related issues or delays that may arise.• Transportation Coordination: Work closely with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation of goods. Evaluate and select transportation options based on cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.• Internal Collaboration:Work closely with relevant stakeholders from Production and Yard to make sure deliveries are made on time.Manage and coordinate internal drivers to insure smooth deliveries of local purchases and workforce transportation.
