 Reporting customer complaints in vehicle to receptionist and providing customer with estimate cost of repairs.  Monitoring production processes, identifying any defects/deviations & taking corrective action. Working in close coordination with vendors for detailing them on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan & cost effective procurement of materials, spares and consumables. Providing technical reason of failure to manufacturer and monitoring warranty claims approved by the factory in online and follow-up for credit note from manufacturer with respect to approved warranty claims.  Maintaining all reports of warranty claims, scrap list to be dispatched to factory for failure audit and claiming surcharge from manufacturer. Carrying out accident repairs of vehicle reported in work shop by registering claim to respective insurance company. Getting approval for carrying out repairs, after repairs clearing the payment from insurance company by providing sufficient documents and billing the job cards.
